Your voice needed to plan archdiocese's future

Announced in March 2009, the current comprehensive parish planning effort seeks to address the way the archdiocese currently uses its resources — such as clergy and lay personnel, buildings and finances — and how those resources might be used best to serve the people of the archdiocese.

Archbishop John Nienstedt insisted the process be highly consultative and outlined seven guiding principles. He appointed a strategic task force to facilitate the process.  Task force members are considering ideas and concerns gathered over the last 11 months as they prepare their final proposal.

Be heard!

There are still several ways for Catholics to share their ideas, hopes and concerns with the task force:

Via the Web: www.archspm.org/planningprocess

By voice mail: (651) 291-4435.

By postal mail: Archdiocese of St. Paul/Minneapolis, PST — Planning Process Comments, 328 Kellogg Blvd., St. Paul, MN 55102.
